• There is no fee for changing or canceling an order.
• The request must be made before the product is delivered.

3. Return Within 7 Days

After you buy a product, you have 7 days to return it if you are not satisfied with it.

• Returns are not accepted after 7 days.
• When requesting a return, you must provide the reason and required information on the Return Page.

4. Damaged or Broken Products

If the product arrives damaged, broken, or physically damaged, you can return it without any return or delivery fee.

You may be asked to provide photos or other information showing the condition of the product.

5. If the Product Has No Problem

If the product has no defect or physical damage, but you want to change it or get a refund:

• The applicable delivery or return fee will be deducted from your refund or charged to you.
• If you personally bring the product to our designated warehouse, no delivery fee will be charged.
