Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Zayrai International Trading Group (“Zayrai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through zayrai.com (the “Site”), covering both standard retail parcels and bulk/wholesale freight shipments. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard retail orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.
  • Custom, made-to-order, or bulk/wholesale orders are processed according to the timeline confirmed at quotation, which depends on production or procurement schedules.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Small parcels (mobile phones, tech accessories, tools & hardware, electrical and lighting components): shipped via our international courier and postal partners.
  • Heavy, bulky, or palletized goods (steel & metals, machinery & equipment, automotive parts): shipped by air, sea, or road freight through our logistics network, often coordinated with a freight forwarder or your nominated carrier.
  • Bulk/container orders: shipped via Full Container Load (FCL) or Less than Container Load (LCL) sea freight, arranged per the terms of your purchase order.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Retail orders: shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Freight, bulk, and wholesale orders: shipping is quoted individually based on the Incoterms agreed for that order (see Section 9).
  • Unless Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms are agreed in writing, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Cargo insurance for freight shipments can be arranged on request and is recommended for high-value or long-distance shipments.

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times can be affected by customs inspections, port congestion, weather, carrier delays, or peak-season volume, and are not guaranteed.

5. Order Tracking

  • For parcel shipments, a tracking number or link is provided by email once your order ships.
  • For freight and container shipments, our logistics team can provide shipment status and milestone updates on request, given the multi-leg nature of international freight.

6. Special Handling by Product Category

  • Pharmaceuticals & medical products — subject to import licensing, cold-chain, and documentation requirements. Shipment to certain countries may be restricted or require additional import documentation from the buyer; we reserve the right to request this before dispatch.
  • Agricultural products — subject to phytosanitary certificates and inspection requirements at the destination; perishable items are shipped using expedited methods where available.
  • Batteries & electronics (mobile phones, tech accessories, automotive/electrical parts) — shipped in compliance with carrier regulations for lithium battery and hazardous goods transport; some destinations or shipping modes may be restricted for battery-containing items.
  • Steel, metals & machinery — may require freight-forwarder coordination, a scheduled delivery appointment, and suitable unloading equipment (forklift/crane) at the buyer’s location.

7. International Shipping, Customs & Restricted Destinations

  • We ship to most countries worldwide, subject to applicable export control and trade sanctions compliance.
  • Buyers are responsible for confirming that ordered goods may be lawfully imported into their country, and for paying any duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees that apply.
  • We do not knowingly ship to countries, entities, or individuals subject to applicable trade sanctions or embargoes.
  • Customs delays are outside our control; we provide commercial invoices and supporting documentation as needed to assist clearance.

8. Order Changes, Address Errors & Failed Delivery

  • Shipping address changes must be requested before dispatch; we cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
  • Re-delivery or return-to-sender fees caused by an incorrect address supplied by the buyer are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply) or process a refund less the original shipping cost.

9. Wholesale, Bulk & Freight Orders (Incoterms)

  • Shipping terms for bulk and wholesale orders are agreed per purchase order or sales contract using standard Incoterms (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP).
  • Responsibility for loading, freight booking, cargo insurance, and destination customs clearance follows the agreed Incoterm unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • Lead times depend on production or procurement schedules and vessel/flight availability, and will be confirmed at the time of quotation.

10. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your shipment is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@zayrai.com with your order number and supporting photos or documentation.
  • Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, consistent with our Return & Refund Policy.
  • For freight shipments, claims are subject to the liability terms of the carrier and any cargo insurance arranged for that shipment.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our logistics partners, practices, or legal requirements. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
