Anti-Fraud Policy

Zayrai International Trading Group Last Updated: June 18, 2026

International trade is a frequent target for fraud — both against buyers (impersonation, fake invoices, advance-fee scams) and against legitimate sellers (payment fraud, identity theft, fraudulent disputes). This Anti-Fraud Policy explains how to recognize official communication from Zayrai International Trading Group (“Zayrai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), common scams to watch for, how we protect our buyers and partners, and how to report suspected fraud.

1. How to Verify You’re Dealing With the Real Zayrai

  • All official communication comes from an @zayrai.com email address. We do not conduct sales, invoicing, or contract discussions from Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, or other free/personal email accounts.
  • Our only official website is zayrai.com. Be cautious of similar-looking domains, misspellings, or copies of our Site.
  • Payment is only ever made to a Zayrai account explicitly confirmed on your invoice, quotation, or signed sales contract — never to a personal account, a “case manager’s” personal account, or an unrelated third party.
  • If you’re unsure whether a message, invoice, or representative is genuinely from Zayrai, contact us directly at info@zayrai.com using the contact details on this Site, not from the suspicious message itself.

2. Common Fraud Schemes to Watch For

  • Impersonation — someone posing as a Zayrai sales rep, customs officer, or logistics partner, often using a look-alike domain or free email account.
  • Business email compromise / altered invoices — a fraudster intercepts an email thread and sends a modified invoice with different bank details, timed to coincide with when payment is due.
  • Advance-fee and deposit scams — being asked to pay an unusual upfront “release,” “customs,” “inspection,” or “registration” fee before goods, a partnership, or a job/driver role is confirmed.
  • Too-good-to-be-true commodity offers — unsolicited offers of steel, machinery, or other bulk goods priced well below market, paired with pressure to wire a deposit quickly.
  • Fake opportunity recruitment — scammers posing as Zayrai to run fake “Become a Supplier,” “Become an Investor,” “Partnership Program,” “Become a Driver,” or “Open a Branch” schemes that request a fee to participate.
  • Phishing and fake customs/delivery notices — emails or texts claiming a shipment is held and a small fee is needed to release it, linking to a fake payment page.
  • Account takeover attempts — trying to obtain your account password, one-time passcodes, or banking credentials by posing as Zayrai support.

3. What Zayrai Will Never Do

  • Ask you to pay into a personal bank account, an unrelated third party, or via gift cards or cryptocurrency.
  • Request a fee to apply for or participate in our Become a Supplier, Become an Investor, Partnership Program, Become a Driver, or Open a Branch opportunities.
  • Ask for your account password, one-time passcode (OTP), or full payment card details by email or phone.
  • Change our banking details without prior written notice on letterhead, verifiable through a phone number you already have on file — never through a number provided in the same message.
  • Pressure you into an unusually urgent payment outside the timeline in your quotation or contract.

4. Recognizing the Difference

Legitimate Zayrai ContactWarning Sign of Fraud
Email address ends in @zayrai.comMessage from a personal Gmail/Yahoo/Outlook account claiming to represent Zayrai
Payment goes to the account confirmed on your invoice or contractPayment requested to a personal account, unrelated third party, crypto wallet, or gift card
Bank-detail changes confirmed in writing and verified by a call to a number you already haveUrgent email demanding payment to “updated” bank details, discouraging you from calling to confirm
No fee to apply for a supplier, driver, partner, investor, or branch opportunityAsked to pay a “registration,” “processing,” or “deposit” fee for one of these opportunities
Invoice references your actual order, quotation, or PO numberGeneric, unsolicited, or copy-pasted invoice with no order-specific detail

5. How We Protect Buyers, Suppliers & Partners

  • We verify business and identity details for large wholesale, supplier, and partnership applications before proceeding.
  • Bank details for incoming and outgoing payments are confirmed through internal controls before any change takes effect.
  • We monitor orders, accounts, and payment activity for patterns consistent with fraud, identity theft, or payment abuse.
  • We reserve the right to delay, hold, cancel, or decline any order, application, or payout pending verification where fraud is suspected.
  • We cooperate with banks, payment processors, and law enforcement where necessary to investigate suspected fraud.

6. How to Protect Yourself

  • Always check the sender’s full email address, not just the display name.
  • Before wiring funds — especially large or first-time payments — call a phone number you already have on file (not one provided in the suspicious message) to verbally confirm bank details.
  • Be cautious of urgency, secrecy, or pressure to bypass normal channels.
  • Never share your account password or one-time passcodes with anyone, including someone claiming to be Zayrai support.
  • If an offer (price, role, investment, or partnership) seems unusually generous or urgent, verify it independently before paying or sharing sensitive information.

7. Reporting Suspected Fraud

If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Zayrai, or believe you’ve been targeted by a scam impersonating us:

  1. Do not respond, click any links, or send payment.
  2. Forward the message — along with any related invoice, email headers, or payment details — to info@zayrai.com with the subject line “Suspected Fraud.”
  3. If you’ve already paid an unverified account, contact your bank immediately to attempt to halt or recall the transfer, and file a report with your local fraud or police authority.

8. Our Response Process

  • We acknowledge fraud reports within 2 business days and investigate using the information provided.
  • Accounts or orders connected to a credible fraud report may be paused while we investigate.
  • Where appropriate, we notify affected customers, post relevant warnings on the Site, and report incidents to banks, payment processors, or law enforcement.

9. Consequences for Fraudulent Activity

Any buyer, supplier, partner, or other user found to have engaged in fraud, identity theft, payment abuse, fraudulent chargebacks, or misuse of Zayrai’s name or systems may face account suspension, order cancellation, referral to law enforcement, and civil or criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable steps to prevent and respond to fraud, but we cannot guarantee fraud will never occur — including fraud carried out by third parties impersonating Zayrai outside our systems. We are not liable for losses resulting from payments made to accounts or parties not confirmed in writing as official Zayrai channels.

11. Relationship to Our Other Policies

This Anti-Fraud Policy works alongside our Buyer Protection Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms & Conditions. Payments made outside the official channels described here are not eligible for Buyer Protection.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Anti-Fraud Policy periodically as new fraud patterns emerge or our practices change. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
